Born and raised in Manhasset, New York, Elene Farrell knows Long Island—especially the North Shore—like the back of her hand. Since becoming a licensed real estate salesperson in 2005 and a licensed sales associate broker in 2014, Elene has spent the last 17+ years helping her clients buy, sell and lease new and existing homes, condominiums, and retail properties in and around Long Island with great success. Elene’s hard work and dedication to finding her clients the right property has resulted in her achievement of being top producer multiple times during her real estate career.
Elene loves developing a strong relationship with her clients and customers which enables her to identify the specifics of what they want and need in their home search or sale. She is a consummate professional who strives to deliver outstanding client service. Elene’s market knowledge coupled with her expert marketing techniques and superior negotiation skills make her an asset to her clients. Beginning her career in human resources, Elene held positions in compensation, recruiting and management development at JP Morgan formerly Chase Manhattan Bank and Sherman & Sterling Law Firm. The interpersonal skills that she honed while in these roles have helped Elene make her real estate clients feel heard, comfortable and confident that she will act in their best interests.
With deep roots in her community, Elene has volunteered her time with many local organizations including the Manhasset SCA, SCA Fair, Manhasset Booster Club, and Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Port Washington. A sports fan, especially lacrosse, Elene enjoys cheering on the Manhasset High School lacrosse team, the University of Pennsylvania Men’s lacrosse team, and her alma mater, the University of Maryland Terps. In her spare time, Elene loves to cook for friends and family, hike, travel, and experience different cultures.
